Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-3 business days processing time
  • Custom/Print-on-Demand Items: 3-7 business days processing time
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard International: 3-17 business days (£5.50)
  • Express International: 2-11 business days (£6.50)

Important Information for North American Customers

  • Customs & Duties: Most apparel orders under $800 USD are duty-free, but state sales tax may apply
  • USPS Delivery: Packages delivered via USPS; tracking provided
  • Customs Declaration: All packages properly declared for US customs

Shipping Restrictions

  • Geographic Limitations: We only ship to UK, USA, and Canada
  • PO Boxes: Accepted in all three countries
  • Remote Areas: Some remote locations may experience extended delivery times

Order Tracking

  • UK orders: Royal Mail tracking provided
  • USA/Canada orders: Full international tracking for Express shipping; limited tracking for Standard shipping
  • Tracking information sent via email once your order ships

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for replacement

Delivery Issues

  • Failed delivery attempts: Packages held at local postal facilities (Royal Mail/USPS/Canada Post)
  • Incorrect addresses: Customer responsible for additional redelivery charges
  • Customs delays: International orders may experience delays during customs processing (especially during peak seasons)

Returns from International Orders

  • Return shipping costs from USA/Canada are customer's responsibility
  • Contact us before returning international orders for return authorization
